Run your EMIS search & export

Open Optum (EMIS Web) Population Reporting. Navigate to the QuarterMaster folder for the report you need and run all the searches in the folder.

Right-click the relevant report folder and press Run to execute all searches

Once all searches complete, find the report marked "View results and EXPORT" — click to highlight, then press View Results

When results are displayed on screen, press Export

Export CSV, then import to QuarterMaster

Select export options — always choose CSV format with Replicate data and Override with current values

Save the exported CSV file to a folder you'll remember

Open QuarterMaster — tick the disclaimer box, then press Open Microsoft Excel Report

Press Click here to import CSV — enter your practice population when prompted, then navigate to and double-click your exported CSV file
